Le Chateau d’Estoublon Organic AOP Vallée des Baux-de-Provence Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2019 Harvest (500ml)

2019 Harvest. Recently won the Silver Award in the New York International Olive Oil Competition (NYIOOC) 2020.

An AOP/PDO certified extra virgin olive oil, carefully crafted from 5 organically grown olive varieties of Southern France: Béruguette, Bouteillan, Grossane, Salonenque, and Picholine. It is an organic olive oil, Ecocert certified since 2019.

In the mouth, the blend has a beautiful intensity, it is a balanced olive oil. There are hints of freshly cut grass with a slightly fiery finish. It is the result of a good balance between the different varieties: Beruguette, Bouteillan, Grossane, Salonenque and Picholine.

Best served with green vegetables, salads or grilled white meats, it will enhance your dishes.
