Sanuki Udon (250g x 5pcs)
Sanuki Udon faithfully reproduced using the original manufacturing method. Smooth and springy Sanuki Udon, suitable to serve warm or cold. They are pre-cooked, so they just need to be blanched in hot water, straight from frozen, to release them from their caked state.
“Sanuki” refers to the product’s origins in Japan’s Kagawa Prefecture, an area which is famous for its udon.
Take the frozen udon noodle directly from the freezer, and place the noodles in boiling water. Cook on medium heat for approximately 40-60 seconds or until al dente.
Stir-fry: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large wok or skillet and stir-fry with desired meat or vegetables.
