Devon Cream Company has been producing their exceptional range for over 30 years, using the finest quality milk. Sweet and silky clotted cream is made by heating the milk in a water bath and then cooling slowly, which allows the cream to rise, “clotting” at the top. It has a minimum of 55% fat content – think thick and rich, almost butter. Buy clotted cream and serve it with pancakes, angel food cake, hot biscuits, ice creams and anywhere you want to add rich, sweet flavor.
