Nocellara Salvatore Cutrera is a premium extra virgin olive oil made from Nocellara olives grown in the Cutrera family groves, close to their mill.
It has a medium fruity taste with notes of green tomato, fresh grass, and artichoke. The flavor is intense, with a pleasant bitterness and lasting spiciness.
Best with: salmon carpaccio, pasta with tomato, grilled fish, and white meats.
