Called “Rice of the Incas”, quinoa has been cultivated for more than 5000 years. High nutritious, small, golden beads that cook up in 10-15 minutes in boiling water, white quinoa turns fluffy and tender. Slightly nutty in flavor, and milder than red quinoa, it is extremely versatile and easily replaces white starches, such as pasta and rice.
