Yuzu Kosho (500g)


Yuzu kosho is a Japanese condiment crafted from chili pepper, grated yuzu peel and salt. The ingredients are grated into a paste and allowed to ferment for the flavors and aroma to come together.

It’s the perfect seasoning for all types of Japanese food including sashimi and sushi, grilled fish and meat, and more.
