As a frozen fruit purées manufacturer and supplier, SICOLY® has taken a step forward in the industry by proposing the majority of its range with no added sugars, to provide professionals with premium frozen purées and juices with tastes and aromas the closest to the original fresh fruits.

These unsweetened* frozen white peach purée is made of fruit grown in the orchards of their own producers in France ( Monts et Coteaux du Lyonnais). According to the harvest yields, some additional supplies of fruits can be made in the Rhône Valley (France).

The peaches used in these purée are selected according to stringent quality criteria and picked at optimal ripeness, the moment when they are the sweetest and most colourful, to create a high gustatory quality purée.

The recipes and manufacturing process are fitted to each particular fruit to preserve their organoleptic qualities (flavours, colour, taste, etc.) and offer frozen fruit and juices with very authentic taste, the closest possible to the fresh fruit.

Fruits are processed while fresh, just after being harvested and delivered at the cooperative buildings, in their production facilities in France.
