Wadaman Organic White Sesame Paste (80g)

WADAMAN is an Osaka based sesame specialist who sells high quality sesame products since 1883. This paste is made using internationally sourced organic certified sesame seeds, which WADAMAN turns into a delicious, Japanese sesame paste. The seeds are roasted using traditional roasting techniques, with ultra-high temperatures and carefully crushed with a special mill.

Recommended use: 

• “Gomaae”: Mix with dashi broth, soy sauce and sugar and add to boiled vegetables.
• Apply on bread! If you have a sweet tooth, mix it with honey or agave.
• “Shabu-shabu sauce” dashi mixed with soy sauce.
• Dip: Easy dip if mixed with mayonnaise. Great with raw vegetables.
