Risotto Rice
Vialone Nano rice is grown in spring water in spring, in the Verona region. It benefits from an IGP. Mountain water at a temperature of 10 ° C makes it possible to obtain pasta with perfect cooking capacity. The pastes are then drawn through bronze dies which gives them their unique porosity. They are then dried slowly at low temperature.
With excellent cooking performance and its ability to absorb sauces, this round gain rice is ideal for making all traditional dishes, risottos and soups.
