Verrigni Chitarra (500g)

Verrigni is famous for producing superior quality artisanal pastas that are sought out by top Italian chefs. They dry their pasta at the most ideal temperature for pasta drying. They use the ancient “preincarto” technique using a small room with many fans, keeping the tempertaure of the pasta between 45-50 degrees. Along with using water from Grano Sasso, a major contributor to the quality of Verrigni is also the use of the finest durum wheats and grinding them by hand with stone milestones.

Verrigni Chitarra is made using high-quality Italian durum wheat and bronze dies, giving it a rough texture that helps sauces cling beautifully. It’s excellent with rich tomato sauces, seafood, olive oil, or even simple butter and cheese.
This premium Italian pasta pairs well with many sauces, but it’s also tasty enough to enjoy on its own thanks to its naturally rich wheat flavor.
