An essential salt to have in your kitchen, this traditional salt blend from La Réunion, uses the spices that are typically used for making a curry. The local women start by roasting coriander, sesame, fenugreek, cumin, garlic before adding their personal touch.

The roasting process gives the spices grilled aromas and toasted notes of caramel and hazelnut. The fleur de sel brings out the delicate aromas of the roasted spices.
