In season from December to March, Tarocco Blood Oranges are produced at Barbera’s, in Sicily, since 3 generations. The best ripe fruits are selected thanks to strict criterias of sugar content, caliber, freshness, color.

The Tarocco is native to Italy, and is one of the 3 most common blood oranges, and is said to be the sweeter among the 3, with a medium size and thin skin. This blood orange variety has also the higher rate of vitamin C, above any other oranges in the world!
