It has a vibrant rosy colour, fresh citrus aroma, and a rich orange and blood orange flavour. Lightly sparkling with a smooth, medium-bodied taste and gentle sweetness, it is refreshing and easy to enjoy.Best served chilled at 6–8°C, with an orange slice or a sprig of rosemary.
