Olmeda Origenes Little Sardines in Olive Oil (115g)


Sardine Pilchardus is an exceptional fish due to its unsaturated fat and its extraordinary taste. It is caught in the North Sea of the Iberian Peninsula and it is cleaned and hand canned, one by one, after a light toasted directly in the fishing vessel. It is kept in olive oil.

Cooking suggestion: Sardines and Piquillo Peppers Salad.
