Nisshin Seifun Welna Karaage Mix Soy Sauce & Garlic Flavor is a ready-to-use mix for making crispy, juicy Japanese fried chicken at home.
Flavor: Savory soy sauce and garlic with hints of ginger, onion, and black pepper.

Instructions:
Mix 100g of the powder with ½ cup (100ml) water.
Add 500g of bite-sized chicken, mix for 30 seconds, and let sit 10 minutes.
Deep-fry at 170–180°C for about 4 minutes until golden and cooked through.
