Nisshin Seifun Welna Agejozu Tempura Batter Mix is a Japanese flour mix for light, crispy tempura.
Just mix with water, no eggs or special techniques needed and it stays crispy even when cooled.
Perfect for vegetables, seafood, or other fried dishes.

Convenient Ratio:
Mix approximately 1kg of batter mix with 1.6L of water for standard tempura, or 1.4L for thicker, “kakiage” style batter.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, starch, modified starch, baking powder, and coloring (E160b, E101).
