Nagai Sake Mizubasho Dessert Sake (200ml)

This dessert sake is cold-aged for 5 years in the Kijoshu style, using Junmai Ginjo from the 2009 vintage instead of water. It’s Japan’s take on Premier Cru Sauternes, with robust umami, a full body, and aromas of ripe cantaloupes, apricots, and peaches, but not overly sweet. Perfect with cheese, fruit, or rich chocolate cake. Best served chilled (below 5°C) in a port glass.
