Marlette Madeleines with Fleur de Sel from Ile de Re Organic Baking Mix (300g)

3 eggs
165g butter
55ml of milk

  1. Mix the softened butter, the eggs and the milk in a large bowl.
  2. Gradually add the contents of the bag and mix without working the dough too much.
  3. Place in the fridge for 20 min (optional)
  4. Fill the madeleine molds and cook 8-10 min at 190°C.
  5. Unmould your madeleines right out of the oven.
  6. Eat them still lukewarm or let them cool on a rack.
