INGREDIENTS TO ADD
55ml of milk
- Mix the softened butter, the eggs and the milk in a large bowl.
- Gradually add the contents of the bag and mix without working the dough too much.
- Place in the fridge for 20 min (optional)
- Fill the madeleine molds and cook 8-10 min at 190°C.
- Unmould your madeleines right out of the oven.
- Eat them still lukewarm or let them cool on a rack.
