3 eggs
80g unsalted butter
60ml milk

  1. Pour the contents of the sachet into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the whole eggs.
  3. Gradually pour in the milk and the melted butter while mixing with a whisk until you obtain a smooth paste.
  4. Let the dough rest for half an hour (optional).
  5. Cook your crepes in a hot, lightly oiled pan until they are nicely browned on each side.
  6. Eat them plain or with salted butter, caramel, lemon juice….
