INGREDIENTS TO ADD
3 eggs
80g unsalted butter
60ml milk
- Pour the contents of the sachet into a mixing bowl.
- Add the whole eggs.
- Gradually pour in the milk and the melted butter while mixing with a whisk until you obtain a smooth paste.
- Let the dough rest for half an hour (optional).
- Cook your crepes in a hot, lightly oiled pan until they are nicely browned on each side.
- Eat them plain or with salted butter, caramel, lemon juiceā¦.
