110g unsalted butter

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Melt the butterle beurre in a large saucepan until it is perfectly liquid. On low heat, pour the contents of the sachet over the hot butter and mix well to completely melt the chocolate.
  3. Off the heat, add the whole eggs and mix vigorously with a wooden spoon until you get a smooth mixture.
  4. Butter a round cake moldmoule about 21cm in diameter and pour the mixture into it.
  5. Bake 10 to 15 minutes depending on your oven.
