110 g unsalted butter
2 eggs
90ml of milk

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter (but not too hot), the milk and the eggs.
  3. Pour the contents of the sachet into a salad bowl. Mix gently without working the dough too much to obtain very soft muffins.
  4. Pour the dough into muffin tins up to 3/4 and bake at 180°C for about 15 min depending on your oven.
