Author of several books in which he revisits the classics of French pastry in a contemporary way, Christophe Adam was named “Best Pastry Chef of the Year” in 2014 by the Pudlo guide, and voted “Best Pastry Chef 2015” by Relais Desserts. In 2017, Vanity Fair magazine named Christophe Adam 40th in the ranking of the 50 most influential French people in the world.
