“On the road to my origins…”

It was during a trip to Greece for family reasons that the story of “the road to my origins” began. Valérie Reboul, owner of Château d’Estoublon, then realised that she could write a new page in our formidable olive-growing adventure, combining our French expertise and know-how with that of her family and her Greek compatriots.

So it was only natural that we set out to discover the most beautiful orchards in Crete, where tradition and ancestral family know-how are a model for the Mediterranean basin.

Harvested and crushed early according to the specifications of Château d’Estoublon, this Koroneiki olive oil gives us all its flavours. Slightly vegetable, it develops aromas of green apple, artichoke and freshly cut grass.
