LaPuela Eucalyptus Honey (350g)

Eucalyptus honey comes from the valleys closer to the Asturian coast and we harvest it between the months of May and June, before the spring season gives way to the flowering of bramble and chestnut tree.

This product has the Seal of Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) Honey of Asturias and the Food of the Paraíso quality seal, with guaranteed geographical origin (Principality of Asturias) and certified quality.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Color: light amber, with characteristic greenish notes.
Aroma: Wet wood, very intense and extraordinarily persistent.
Taste: Sweet, with slight acidic notes.

PRODUCTION AREA
Eucalyptus forests in the northwestern area of Asturias: Tineo and western coast.
