In order to make our cured sausages, and according to the artisan and traditional process, we select the Iberian pigs, and their parts using exclusively the best of their head loins and parts of hams and shoulders.

Salchichon is marinated with garlic, black pepper, salt and country herbs; then it will remain four months in our natural drying facilities.
