La Chinata Paella Kit with Pan

This kit is perfect for making delicious paella! The Paella Seasoning (4 sachets at 12g each) that comes with the set is not made with artificial dyes or preservatives, but gets its great flavour from La Chinata’s smokey paprika powder and saffron. The extra virgin olive oil and delicious bomba rice included in the set give you everything you need to make this Spanish speciality dish!

The Set Includes:

– Paella Seasoning “La Chinata” (48g)
– Bomba Rice (300g)
– Extra Virgin Olive Oil (25ml)
– Paella Pan (Ø 30 cm), suitable for gas, oven, inductions and vitroceramics

Each Paella Seasoning sachet can be use for 300g of rice approximately.

How to use for a Paella of 4 servings (approximately):
– Add Olive Oil to the paella pan and heat it. If you wish you can add meat, fish, seafood or vegetables at this moment.
– Add 300g of rice and the content of 1 sachet of “La Chinata” Paella Seasoning. Saute for a few seconds.
– Add water or broth and check for salt. Boil until the rice is ready.
– Let the rice rest for 5 minutes and taste.
