KURA ONE is a 180ml aluminum sake can filled with representative brands of sake breweries that have won awards both domestically and internationally. It introduces a cool and new way to enjoy sake. Packaging the sake in an aluminum can is a choice for quality. It ensures that no sunlight reaches the Sake which takes a toll on the products in glass bottles.
Sake is made from rice. There are many different grains used that determine the particular taste along with the Koji (a special type of mould culture), and water that is used in the fermentation process. It is a rare alcohol in the world that can be served warm or cold, changing its flavor.
KURA ONE®Amabuki Omachi Junmai-daiginjo Kimoto Rhododendron-yeast
This “Shaku Nage Yeast” is a pure rice Daiginjo brewed up with a hillage yeast of Yukunage, which has been polished to 40 % of Omachi. We make a sake mother by hand, focusing on the old -fashioned “production”, and ships the finished one in a 0 ° C refrigerator for 2 years. The surviving Shakunage yeast, which survives in a harsh environment, produces a wonderful taste and goodness of the product, and is a finished sake with a flavor of orchestra -like flavor and complicated sourness, and a lightness and elegance.
