Kaviari’s Scottish Smoked Salmon has a firm flesh that reveals woody notes and a unique character flavor. You will initially taste the rich and pure salmon taste, then the smokiness of the wood as well.
Salting: by hand, with natural sea salt.
Smoking: traditional and slow at low temperature, 100% beech or oak sawdust.
Ingredients: salmon, dry salt, beech or oak-smoked.
Storage: Keep chilled at all times. After opening, consume within 48 hours
Serving suggestions: Take the salmon out of the fridge approximately 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy on blinis with cream cheese/creme fraiche and caviar, on its own with capers and dill sauce, or with pasta or risotto.
