Juan Arbelaez, chef of our Yaya restaurants, has selected Kalios Bio extra virgin olive oil for you. A monovarietal oil produced from freshly harvested green Koroneiki olives at the very start of the season in Greece. It reveals aromas of fresh herbs and a subtly peppery finish.

Ideal for your tomato, carpaccio and fresh cheese salads, seasonal salad, raw fish and meat, fresh cheese, tzatziki.
