Carrot, radish, taro, burdock (made in Japan)

Preparation suggestion:

Additional ingredients:
70g chopped pork
350ml dashi soup
approx 1 tablespoon cooking sake
approx 1 tablespoon miso
green onion or leek slices

1. Heat the oiled pan and fry the meat.
2. Add this product together with the liquid, add the dashi soup stock and sake, and heat on medium heat.
3. When it boils, remove the scum and add an appropriate amount of miso as you like.
4. Boil over low heat for about 5 minutes.
5. Serve in a bowl and serve with green onions to complete.

1、油を引いた鍋を熱し肉を炒める。
2、に本品を液ごと加え出し汁と料理酒を加え中火で加熱する。
3、が沸騰したら、灰汁を取り除き、味噌をお好みで適量加える。
