Iberico Pork Pluma
Iberico Pork Pluma is a special cut taken from the neck end of the pork loin. In Spanish, Pluma Iberico translates to “the feather of Iberico”, so called due to its wing-like shape. The Pluma is extremely tender, tasty and succulent; it’s marbled with fat which melts away while grilling. Treat it like how you would cook a steak. It’s perfect just seasoned with salt, and grilled to medium.
Made from 100% Iberico Pork, sold per pack of 1.2-1.6kg, containing 3-4 feather loins.
