Homemade Echiré Scones
Made with Echiré butter, homemade in small batches.
Our version of scones, perfect with our English Clotted Cream. Currently comes in 2 flavors – plain or earl grey.
Each piece is a little over 60g and 2 inches in diameter.
Best enjoyed reheated!
Suggested storage & reheating instructions: Store in an airtight container at room temp for 3-5 days, in the fridge for a week or in the freezer for 2 months. When ready to enjoy, preheat your toaster or oven to 180C or 355F, heat the scones for 3-5 minutes, or until warmed through.

I’ve been looking for really good scones for quite awhile now and happened to change upon these Echiré Scones. They’re sooooo good! I usually have these in the morning with clotted cream and some jam. But when I’m lazy to prepare, I eat them as is and they’re just as good! I love how it’s fluffy yet biscuit-like on the inside with just the right amount of crunch on the crust. You can really taste the quality of the butter that was used.
Can’t wait to get my hands on these again!

It was LOVE at first bite!! This is how a good scone should taste! Not too sweet & itd texture, Perfect! Extra love for the earl grey scone!! You can eat it alone or warm it and pair it with clotted cream!
