Gacco Jerky

Iburigakko Jerky is a unique Japanese vegan snack made from smoked and fermented Japanese daikon radish. The radish is sliced and dried into a chewy jerky with a rich smoky flavor and savory saltiness that develops as you chew.
Perfect as a snack with Japanese sake, hot sake, whiskey, or mezcal. It can also be served as a creative vegan snack in bars and Japanese restaurants.
Each bag contains 100g of sliced jerky, made from approximately 1.5 pieces of Iburigakko.
