- Lay the pain au chocolat well spaced on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Let the pain au chocolat defrost at room temperature for 30-45 mins.
- Pre-heat the oven to 165-170ºC (329-338ºF).
- Bake for 16-18 minutes.
- Cool and rest on tray at room temperature.
