Who better than the Ronce can embody the power and the sweetness of our land? Not far from Ronce-les-Bains, this local is lulled by the waves, the spray and the currents of the Atlantic Ocean. She continues to grow there after spending about 24 months in a nursery. Slowly, to the rhythm of the water, its shell becomes hollow and rounded, giving way to a delicate flesh, symbol of the Ronçois cradle.
