The story behind the recipe
Recipes made up of two “flavors”: a fruit and a spice such as “Pink Grapefruit and Fleuri Tea”, or a fruit and a flower such as “Raspberry Violet” or “Apricot Lavender”, and why not also two fruits such as “Orange Kumquat “,” Raspberry Litchi “or” Strawberry Rhubarb “.
Recipes that will make you (re) discover the basics but with that little extra “trick”. And still for this collection, much more fruit than sugar (we actually are a fruit preparation), unrefined cane sugar, cooked in small quantities in our laboratory in the heart of Paris.
Tasting tips
SWEET: on a slice of sourdough bread, on a pancake or on a cottage cheese for the small berries that crackle under the tooth.
