Buttermilk Fried Chicken

1. Thaw out chicken completely/

2. Preheat frying oil to 175C.

3. Coat the chicken pieces with the breading, and shake off the excess breading.
NOTE: Breading sold separately — Click here to purchase

4. Fry at 175C for 4 minutes, place in oven for 2 mins, then deep fry again for 1 min.

Alternatively, you can single fry for around 10-12 mins or until fully cooked
