Buttermilk Fried Chicken Breading



To use:

1. Thaw out chicken completely

2. Preheat frying oil to 175c

3. Coat the chicken pieces with the breading, and shake off the excess breading.

4. Fry at 175c for 4 minutes, place in oven for 2 mins, then deep fry again for 1 min.

Alternatively, you can single fry for around 10-12 mins or until fully cooked
