Bruno Paillard Brut Premiere Cuvee NV (375ml)

It is a blend of 22% Pinot Meunier, 33% Chardonnay, and 45% Pinot Noir. Its bright, straw- coloured golden robe and its fine sparkling give way to a good aromatic freshness. The fruit prevails on the bouquet: red berries lead to citrus fruits with notes of exotic fruits that come from the Pinot Meunier. On the palate, the attack is bold and one can feel chalk minerals.
