Beillevaire Fromage Frais Apricot (150g)

Fresh cheese with fruits. Made with a traditional manufacturing process, fromage frais is made from fresh skimmed milk matured for 24 hours, then drained in bags. It’s then enriched with cream, smoothed, then placed on a bed of fruits / jam. It’s a perfect balance between cheese and fruit.
